Amazon controls returns and refunds. Clarivex controls product support. This page explains both.

1. Where We Sell

Clarivex products are sold exclusively through Amazon.com. Clarivex products sold through Amazon are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon's fulfillment network. Return eligibility, refund timing, and shipping procedures are governed by Amazon's policies and may change without notice.

2. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges for Clarivex products purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's applicable return and refund policies in effect at the time of purchase. Eligibility for returns is determined in accordance with Amazon's applicable return policies.

To initiate a return, please visit your Orders page on Amazon.com and follow Amazon's standard return process. You can also contact Amazon Customer Service directly for assistance.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your Clarivex monitor arrives damaged or develops a defect, please contact us at support@myclarivex.com. We will review the reported issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. You may also report item condition issues directly through Amazon's buyer protection process.
